He helped us to identify problems areas and offered up very reasonable solutions. The materials and processes Sam and his crews use are top-notch, high quality materials which will no doubt last for many years with only cursory maintenance required. His crew showed up on the appointed day and quickly went to work. He's got a hard-working team, who was very diligent in methodically preparing our home for painting while ensuring they took extra special care not to damage anything. It's easy to see that this is a well-honed operation. His team has a very precise process when it comes to exterior painting and I watched as they started at one corner and worked their way around the house. It was amazing to watch as they transformed something that was old and faded into something new and shiny. His crew works very quickly and I don't recall ever seeing them sitting around taking breaks, just a solid stream of quality work. You might be able to find cheaper companies out there, but I promise you, they will not take care of your home like Sam and his team will.
