Demolition and new build of of concrete slabs, patios, driveways and walkways., Additions, Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling, All kind of Hardscape/landscape , stamp cement and pavers.
"The project was a complete kitchen teardown and remodel, plus an outside deck off the kitchen. Everything went very smoothly, and any hiccups were taken care of immediately. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. A lot of pieces need to fit together in the end to pull off a nice result, and Yaniv and crew did not overlook anything. I highly recommend Creation 7 for your project. I am completely happy with the results. My standard of living has gone up substantially!"

"We had a major kitchen remodelling project in our house including new cabinets, countertops and flooring. Even sinks were replaced. We expected a lot of headaches, delays and unexpected charges. With Spenser and his team none of that happened. He explained from the beginning what our options were, he gave his recommendations that we found quite reasonable. The job started when he said it would and he was regularly checking on the progress. Everything that we wanted to fix (and it wasn?t much) was done at no cost. They did an excellent job, the kitchen is beautiful!"

"Updating our home was a dream we have had for years. But finding a good contractor in Bay Area was so difficult, that we almost gave up. We were introduced to United C Construction by our architect(who we also love!) It was exhausting trying to find someone trustworthy and not overpriced. We had luck of working with Osmar which during the project we had clear communication, expectation of setting, professionalism and superior craftsmanship. He walked us through every step of the way, and helped problem solve tough permitting and structural issues in Berkeley!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
