I owned an operated a company specializing designing and building in high end home construction until my physical health took a turn forcing me to drop the construction portion from my business. "After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

Building design services FAQs
In most cities, you’re required to have a building permit in order to construct a pool house on your property. The exact type of permit varies by region—in some areas, it might cost as much as $2,700 to get the necessary permits, while other cities don’t require any permits for structures under 200 square feet.
If you’re building a custom pool house, you can expect the entire process to take two to three months from the design phase to the end of construction, or even as much as a year for very large or complex pool houses.
