When Joe got there he saw that they hadn’t left the right mounting brackets so he advised on the type I should buy & when I had those to call him back and he’d install. He was really cool about it; I had no idea what was needed or not and many other people probably would have been annoyed at a wasted trip. BB came out numerous times to try and make the blinds work and when they could not do so, they upgraded and replaced the blinds without charging me. Although it took 12 months to get it right, BB's service was amazing and everybody was incredibly helpful. It's rare to see service like I received from BB."
