"The technician was on time, polite, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my top loading washing machine. He needed a part, ordered it, went to pick it up, returned promptly and completed the repair all within an hour. He cleaned up the laundry room before he departed. This was excellent service I will gladly use Johnson Appliance Repair again. I started calling repair places after five fifteen pm and John was the only one who spoke with me directly and made an appointment with me for Friday. John said he would call me between three and five pm to let me know he was on the way and he called me right around three thirty. He let me know he would be at my house in the next thirty minutes and he arrived within that timeframe. John knew immediately what was the issue with the refrigerator and had the problem corrected within 15 minutes. He tested the refrigerator to make sure it was performing properly and gave us a few tips on how to keep the problem from occurring again.  John is very personable and we plan to recommend him when our customers ask about appliance issues!
