He explained what could be the problem - there were two potential issues. The first being a switch, the other being the motherboard. We ordered the part and he came back the next day. When the problem was the motherboard, the tech told us it was not the switch and it would be better to purchase a new unit instead of replacing the motherboard - though he would if we wanted him to. He also told us that he would not charge for the part he ordered since it did not fix the washer. He also told us where we could go to look at scratch and dent units to save money. We were so impressed with Bernye's we called him back the next to fix a refrigerator that would not dispense water for some time."
