"Justin, Cameron and Matt were extremely professional and friendly. Justin was great fitting me in last minute. Cameron and Matt came out and ended up working in the rain and dark! The only reason I knocked off one star was the "repair" they did on the squirrel damage. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part but I thought the damage would be fixed, when in fact they just put some metal sheeting over the hole. While the hole is closed up, I feel they basically put a band aid on my problem while I'll still have to hire someone to replace the wood, especially since the squirrel continues to chew on it. I do recommend Monumental Pest but I also advise you to be clear on any "repair" work they need to do."

"We have a small apartment community located in Northern Virginia. The property has a lot of trees and shrubbery so mosquitos was a great concern for us. We called Affordable Pest and they were very responsive to our needs. The technicians came out and treated the property and it has been great. I walked the property the evening after the treatment was completed and had no issues with mosquitos. We have now had a second treatment and the results have been fantastic. You can sit at the pool during the evening hours and not get devoured by the mosquitos.
