I was only using them due to being recommended by Owenâ  s service, since Owenâ  s did so well I thought he would too. He came out last week and told me he needed to make some phone calls to the county, then BOOM he was gone and now wonâ  t respond at all. Their unreliability is a huge red flag, and I would strongly advise against working with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for more professional and responsive service. 1 star all the way."

"Terrible, Hope came out finally, there guy had no supplies, didn't know anything about jet pumps, left to get two small heaters, came back set them up, charged $647.00, said water should unfreeze in a hour, it didn't, we told them, a week later they returned and still couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumber and were fixed in a hour. Hope Plumbing is a joke. They do not have knowledge to work on jet pumps. The pump just needed cleaned just as I told them."

They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. "Were not careful while installing toilet. Did not do the full job, did not clean. Caused a leak that lead to thousands of dollars of damage to the house and they did not want to take responsibility. If you look at their page, they are not actually Angi approved. They also don’t seem to have the proper licensing. Insurance is covering most of the work, but because of the laziness and dishonesty of this company, we have had workers in the house for days fixing the damage, our insurance rates will go up, and we had to spend our first couple days home from the hospital with our newborn at a hotel (that was when we discovered the leak). Shame on you, Kirby Brothers, for not making it right when you messed up."
