"I requested an estimate from Fairfax Contractors online on 11/3. I received a call to schedule an appt almost immediately. I missed the call, but quickly received a text in addition to a voicemail. I called back and was able to send Glen a picture of the issue I had with my wrought iron fence. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate right away. The estimate was $150 less than another company quoted me so, I definitely wanted to move ahead with the job! No surprise, they were booked 2-3 weeks out. I returned the signed contract and let Glen know that if there was any way we could get it done sooner, that would be great. Luckily, they had a job they were working on near my house and they were able to start after just one week of waiting (11/11). They require a deposit (1/3rd of cost) and it was very easy to get that done over the phone with Tony. Once the job was complete, Glen took a video of the fence and sent it to me. I live out of state, so I appreciated him showing me the final product that way. Overall, I had a great experience with Fairfax Contractors. Glen was very responsive on email, text and by phone.
