"Thorn apple River Plumbing was the first to respond, however, I choose another provider, which was my mistake. When the other company did not show for the book time, not respond to my query, I contacted Thornapple River again, to see if they would help me. That responded immediately, agreed to do the project and wet a time. He let me know when he was on his way to my home, advised my project wasn’t as complicated as I had anticipated, completed quickly for less than quoted. I was very pleased with the service provided, and his professionalism, and have already booked another project with him! I would definitely recommend Thornapple River Plumbing!"

"Our sliding door was ordered and installed on time with appropriate correspondence. The installers were nice but attempted to leave the job without ensuring that the door was squared and closed completely. When I pointed this out to them in the driveway, they came back and addressed the issue. Later in the evening I noticed that an weather seal inside the door was clearly damaged (visible by rips and tears in a black seal showing white insulation beneath) in a way not possible by use. I called the company on numerous occasions, sent numerous emails with photos of the issue starting on the day of installation and now, four months later, I have only received follow-up calls from the company when they're canceling an appointment to repair the issue and have never received a follow-up call on how they will address the issue. The door and installation was paid in cash. I would seriously reconsider using Markin for any large job as this was just one door and I've been waiting four months now."
