Art started my kitchen reno back in December 2021–of course we were still going through Covid related issues…we finished in April 2022 but I’m glad things weren’t rushed. It allowed us time to really look at things—and each little detail I bought to the team’s attention were addressed—down to the way the molding was cut or the way the cabinet doors closed were fixed. Our project went from a kitchen reno to an almost complete first floor reno including the stairs going to the second floor! Art was definitely on top of all our subcontractors, which was super helpful in getting things done and done to my standards. Art may be a little more expensive than other subcontractors but you get what you pay for, and you will get almost perfection from this team! I would definitely recommend for your next project and can’t wait for our next reno-the kids bathroom!"

"Contacted National Home Improvements regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers. He initially did work on home that we loved and therefore asked him to do our upstairs. He painted, put in molding and wood flooring. He updated our master bath, he even replaced our doors to our bedroom with pocket doors. His woodwork mastery is just exceptional. He has given our home a look and feel that it didn't have before. We had carpet on our staircase and landings leading up stairs. We asked Santo to replace that with wood flooring Not only did he replace the flooring, he went with us to pick it out.My staircase hS become the focal part of our home. I can't tell you how many compliments we receive and the woodwork he did in the staircase and all points around it is exceptional. I would recommend Santo for any job you have.
