"Really impressed by the "old-school" craftsmanship and attention to detail - templates were perfect - installers were pros - no question about it.  The seams are barely perceptible.   The team that did the installation definitely went above and beyond to make sure all the little items were resolved (how to fasten the downdraft, waterline access for the coffee maker.)   They also worked very "clean" and spent an admirable time cleaning up the worksite when done.    
Everyone showed up on time, and called to confirm when they were on their way.
Only thought for other customers - weekday shopping for the slabs may be smoother than our weekend experience.   The staff was enthusiastic and helpful on the weekend, but not as knowledgable as the professionals that took over the execution of the project for us.   
We highly recommend (and we don't do that often!)  Exceptionally beautiful work.

Our thoughts were that he had the experience so we usually went with his suggestions. Things we wanted he worked with us to give us what we wanted. He accommodated us when we made changes. Workers were here when they said they would be. They explained what they were doing and asked questions about what we wanted. They accommodated us when we wanted changes or didn't like the way something was. The workmanship was excellent. We had a problem with the wrong stove being ordered and several minor things that needed to be corrected or change. These things were done in a timely matter. We feel that the workers made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left."

"This company did a great job with remodeling our existing basement. We hired them to build a 1200 square-foot finished basement with a full bath, entertainment center and a full bar area. The crew was neat, clean and courteous every time we spoke with them or came in contact with them. They had to cut the concrete floor and install underground piping for the bathroom in the bar area and also they installed an underground and ejector pit for the full bathroom that we had installed. We couldn't be happier with the work, skill level and the finished product which is simply amazing. It's our new favorite spot in the home and we now spend most of our time there.
