"He came when expected, looked the job over, asked me some questions concerning the job and gave me an estimate. When I agreed to hire him after I asked a few questions he left to purchase the supplies he needed for the job and sent me an invoice via QuickBooks. I accepted the invoice and paid via Debit card and he completed his part of the job that day and the stainer finished the job the following day. I was pleased with the job and the prompt- ness and it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Scotto who seemed to be well organized and kept me informed as we proceeded. I would definitely use him again."

"Vini was great. Ripped up old floor in 2 rooms and entryway and installed new laminate flooring. Several months later, we decided to extend the floor into the living and dinning room. He was able to seamless splice the existing with the new and the results are amazing. He provided great service and advice, was punctual and completed work on time and charged fair price. I am very happy with his work and will certainly use him again the next time i need flooring work done."

The entire LVR team was polite and friendly, and the schedule was always easily visible allowing us to constantly know who was coming and when. Dave and Mody made sure to address our questions/concerns (with explanations, resolutions, etc.) and always took our concerns seriously, even coming out to our house together at one point within 24 hours to address our concerns.
