"I have been using Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning for the longest time and am very pleased with their quality of work and promptness. I have purchased my heating and cooling units from them with excellent installation. The service technicians are very professional."

"My heat pump had a Freon leak. The technician discussed the options. I later decided to replace the unit. Estes did the work. I have used them for many years. I have been very happy with their service."

"Keith promptly responded to my request submitted on HomeAdvisors (with in 10 min). I received several quotes for a new HVAC system. Atlanta Air Authority provided a competitive rate and their length of time in business, won the job for me. The install crew was fantastic. They were professional, tidy, and took time to help learn how to operate my new system. I will be recommending them to my neighbors."

"Will and Eddie from CHEEKY Heating and Air came out today to install the 5” filter replacement on our Air Handler. Additionally, he and co-tech Eddie installed an additional return air vent and line to our overall system. Will seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable of all aspects regarding the installation. During the installation and completion of the work, Will kept us informed about the install progress and made sure there was “no mess left behind” when work was done. Thanks Will and CHEEKY for your trusted HVAC installation."

"Wonderful service, I couldn't be happier with my new system. They arrived on time & worked all day until the heat pump was up & running. They finished on the next day. This was a big job. They removed all the old equipment & cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them in the future."

"Excellent.  A very smooth one day installation in 90+ degree heat. They were on time, the owner was on site, and everyone was very professional."

"Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "Excellent company! They replaced our AC and furnace, and installed new dampers in our Zone system. We would not think of using anyone else. They are competitively priced, are experienced professionals and go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Give Bethany a call, she will take care of coordinating all your HVAC needs."

"Starting with my salesman Stan, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient through an easy installation and then my plumbing Overview by Blake who was extremely thorough it has been great working with this company. Blake even noticed that my recent water heater installation by another company was not up to code so I had to call them to come back. He even went so far as to email me information that I could share with the other company to make sure they change the errors. Whether you need AC or plumbing this is a great company."

"Expertly. The latest ATL cold snap killed my decades old hot water pump when I merely switched my thermostat from Cool to Heat. Common sense drew me to search the internet's reviews for Plumbers near me with the highest rated reviews. Weather Masters was an obvious choice and I have been very impressed with how quickly I was made to feel that I was now their #1 priority. Recognizing my dilema, they worked fast, as we were mere hours before a busy holiday week. I then asked if they might also examine my old rusting A/C unit. At the time of this review, everything has been completed. I am so happy I called Weather Masters. Their work was expertly done, all was performed on my schedule, and most important, was reasonably priced. When working with Weather Masters it was quickly apparent that Jason and Robert's years of experience and practical know how unquestionably contributes daily to Weather Masters operation and outstanding professional results. Thank you so much Kristen*, James, Jason, Robert, Tony, Brian, Jose and Traci, to name a few. You are truly The Best!! *Special Thank You for your extra effort when you made certain my call made to Weather Masters late that Friday afternoon was met with "Yes we can help you.""
