The job involved removing and replacing all the grout above and around one of our bathtubs which had either fallen out or was badly stained. They did excellent work for a very fair price. "The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same."
