My four year old refrigerator stopped working and was out of warranty after only a year. I didn't feel I should have to replace it. I appreciated Joe's approach to replace the less costly component first - the computer board. I did also have to replace the compressor but by doing so received a better warranty and it cost me less than buying a new fridge."

He could have very well not notified me of this information and come out to fix it anyways but I was very appreciative of how upfront he was and advised me on this matter which I wasn’t aware about. He saved me quite a bit of money. Overall, I would definitely be using him for other appliance needs based on his honesty."
