Our project entailed repainting most of the interior of our home (~3500+ sq ft home). From our initial engagement with Chris (sales manager) to the experienced and professional interactions with Juan (project manager) and his team of wonderful painters, Carnival Custom Painting exceeded our expectations on almost every level. Their work was top notch. Their pricing was fair (we received several bids prior to selecting Carnival -theirs not the lowest while not excessive as others). We made several changes during the project and Juan was patient and professional at all times, working with us to give us the results we were looking for in our entire home (interior) repaint project. The team was on time every day and left things tidy and livable throughout the two week project - not an easy task as we made the decision to not seek temporary shelter and were essentially deconstructing the inside of our home for the entire painting process. There was never any up-sell pressure, and if we found an area we wanted added or removed from the project, the changes were handled fairly and without push-back. Wonderful to work with.
