"I used Walter and his crew for weekly mowing and landscaping. They did a great job. I have also used them to clean up my flower beds and around my trees. They put in new sod and new soil. They also took down a large tree, including the roots. It was perfect. They repaired a 7â  fence and Walter put in a new gate. He even went to his house and built the gate and returned the same day and installed it. I was so impressed! As he was leaving, I asked him about a latch that was not working on a dog kennel. He went to his truck and got what he needed and fixed it right then! They are the best I have ever used for fence repair and landscaping. I highly recommend them. By the way, I am a single girl and they are very reasonable in their costs. They are just excellent and honest!"

"My sprinkler system stopped working and Heros had great ratings, so I called and was able to get an appt for that day. The diagnostic cost was only $69 and that fee would go towards the cost of repairs. Ram showed up on time and was so pleasant, polite and professional. He worked diligently and persistenly to diagnose the problem. I was so pleased with his knowledge and could tell quickly that Heros was trustworthy, so I didn't even bother to get more bids. The team that completed the repairs was Ram, Jimmy and Kevin. They did not rush through their work and ensured the system was working properly before leaving. With every communication I got the same person, Karla, and she too pleasant, polite and professional. She sent the quote within 24 hours, called with a reminder the day before the work started and followed up with emails. This is a WINNING company that provides excellent customer service, has knowledgeable and professional employees and very reasonable prices!"

"Shotty work, wrong drain system installed, exposed underground pipes could be seen. Upon calling the company, owner did return to cover the pipes correctly, but refused to change the drain system to French. Insisting it was the correct one even though standing water could be seen on the ground. Ground was left unleveled Did return to cover pipe, refused to change drainage or return a portion of the fee paid unfortunately I had to hire another company to correct system and install stepping stones. ( pictures would not upload, I cannot in good conscious recommend this company for landscape project using with pavers and irrigation system."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"The guys from Heroes worked quickly and completed installing a new irrigation system in my back yard in one day. They were personable and tried to interrupt our daily lives as much as possible. The price was very fair. The guys from Hero’s returned following hurricane Beryl and cleared my backyard of storm debris. They told me they were doing this at no charge for their customers since their regular work was interrupted by the effects of the storm. I highly recommend Hero’s."

From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs.
