"Kitchen sink drain clogged. Two days of snaking drain line with no results. Contractor says it's likely something down the line possibly in septic tank. All other fixtures drain fine. Contractor left without fixing problem and broke the PVC trap cleanout nut and replaced with nut that didn't solve the problem he created. Rich the contractor also disturbed the basket strainer under the sink creating yet another leak that he didn't repair. Rich charged $250 and called it a day. If it weren't for the time and aggravation, I'd bring him to court. Thanks Rich"

The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor.
