He took care during the demo and cleaned up properly (this is rare). He rebuilt the patio as I asked and did a great job. Additionally after the job was completed and I had paid him, I asked him to add a slope to the cover so I could add a waterproof cover. Expecting an additional fee (as would be reasonable) he performed the extra work for free. I was stunned. He came back and again did a great job and cleaned up.
