"Had gutters repaired after damage from hurricane Beryl. The sales experience was good. After the repairs were done, we had several weeks without rain. When it did rain, I noticed that one of the gutters was leaking and flowing over the top. I called the owner, Marcus, he asked me to send a video of the problem. I sent the video on Monday and after not hearing back from him on Tuesday I called him and he did not answer. I then called the office, and they said Kayla would get in touch with me. It is now Thursday afternoon and still no response. I called the direct number that I was given for Kayla, and no one answered. I am disappointed that there is zero service after the sale."

"Unfortunately, I have to give these people a start, even though they don't deserve it, and I suspect their good reviews are likely fake. Please be cautious and don’t let them scam you. They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasn't true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I can’t ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage of others and to be honest with their customers."

"Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer."
