Tyler indicated that I needed a hug, and he did that too! It must have been a first in his career: a client sobbing over the removal of junk, but Tyler was just that sensitive and respectful. I would not have expected such caring. And the guys carried out the massive furniture as if they had been dealing with a stack of butterfly wings. Wow."
