"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. It took them 9 days fully to renovate Kitchen. New appliances, cabinets, flooring, and electrical work was done. We had to open kitchen entrance door wider so that large fridge can be placed inside. Michael gave us very unique ideas of placing white LED lights under Kitchen cabinets. They did a very good painting job. The bathroom was fully renovated within 7 days. Everything was installed brand new, including large bathtubs, 12 very bright LED lights, including one on top of the bathtub. Lighting was distributed with three different switches to control it at a different part of the bathroom. All the wall of the bathroom and flooring they install large white tiles. They also installed two large mirror cabinets, toilet, vanity cabinets, Granite countertop and new sink. Every day they used to clean the area before leaving and at the end of the project they cleaned whole are cleaned and beautiful.
