We bought new carpet from these folks and needed a touch up months and months after the installation. Our call was responded to cheerfully and professionally. An appointment was set at our convenience. The tech arrived on time and (again) cheerfully tended to our needs. "Still working , end of my 2nd week. Installing floor today. Prep work took awhile, my house is older and full of surprises. Workers have have taken each hurdle very well.
