"FANTASTIC group of people........EVERYONE we've had contact with at the Carpet Guys have been exemplary. We bought new carpet from these folks and needed a touch up months and months after the installation. Our call was responded to cheerfully and professionally. An appointment was set at our convenience. The tech arrived on time and (again) cheerfully tended to our needs. Having retired with 45 years in the customer service business I would describe our families interaction with the Carpet Guys as STELLAR! Kudos Guys and Gals!"
