If that wasn't enough, he surprised me and cleaned my paver patio and it hasn't looked this good since we laid it. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

I specifically asked her for that verbally and as shown in the attached text. When they were finished installing the gutters, I realized they didn't have the leaf protector. I called Heather and she said she didn't remember me asking for that, and I asked her to look at her texts. It's a shame that companies are sneaky, deceiving, and have bad business etiquette like this one. I will make sure that the 2,500 realtors in my company never use this company for our clients."
