"Worst possible moving experience. Our valuable crystal and china (from our wedding, and 80+ year old items and family heirlooms were packed unwrapped and without proper protection, placed in boxes to break against other unprotected glass, metal, etc. Our fina artwork was packed without any protection, not individually wrapped, not wrapped at all, no packing materials, just 8-10 pieces of expensive framed art placed into a wardrobe box with no protection, resulting in chips, scuffs, and scratches in both glass facing and frames of original and 50+ year old artist-framed pictures. Their truck drove over multiple lawns on our street leaving tire tracks, they promised to fix it and did nothing. Offered $16.50 in total to compensate us for their negligent damage of $5000+ of damaged items not including priceless items of sentimental value. Absolutely shameful handling of a grossly negligent pack job, adding insult to injury with zero empathy or responsibility taken. AVOID! "

"I can't say enough great things about this company. I first reached out to Fast Movers in November 2024 after finding them through a referral website. They quickly provided an estimate, and I was able to easily discuss my moving needs with Madelin. I was moving out of an apartment, needing some items stored and the rest delivered to my new place. Unfortunately, I had to delay the move due to a building issue, but when I resumed my search in March 2025, Madelin picked up right where we left off. Despite the four-month gap, she was completely on top of my requirements and made the entire process smooth and effortless. On moving day, the two movers (I'm sorry I can't remember their names) were incredibly fast, efficient, and took great care with my belongings. They explained how they would disassemble and wrap everything, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The guys were very meticulous while disassembling, transporting, and reassembling my furniture.
