I felt comfortable and confident with him immediately. Our existing electric water heater completely shut down and my spouse had been without hot water for several days (I was away from home), so I jumped at the chance to get a tankless (propane) water heater installed. We have a large propane tank (Generac whole house generator, gas kitchen stove and gas fireplace. When I had the gas stove installed, i had propane guys put in a fitting for both a future gas water heater and gas dryer, so this made installation by Right Now very easy. My only challenge was the $5,000.00 invoice. Ouch! However, we are fortunate to be able to afford it and look forward to many years of continuous hot water with low maintenance."

"1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
