They know how to get your money, but after that you are SOL. new install has so many issues and they will not fix it. 4 hour window for an appointment and is 1.5 hours late to not fix anything. My heat does not work, and after the appointment it still does not work. $10,000 4 month old unit has needed 6 service calls and no repairs are ever made."

The installation was very prompt. I thought it would be a one day install but it was two. Probably my fault for not clarifying up front. Installing was done by 2 men and one was an apprentice. Both were very nice."
