Jim was very patient and answered all our questions regarding tile installation in all our bedrooms. The estimate was free and there was no pressure. Jim even took some time to check out other areas of our home and did some on the spot repairs. The price for the tile work was very fair and they were less expensive than all of the larger outlets. The installer (Donnie) did an outstanding job. He was so meticulous and took a lot of pride in his work. Our rooms turn out better than we could have ever imagined.
