"Eric Gibbs was very informative about our system. He explained what we had and what we would expect from him and our system. He cleaned our filters, tested our air conditioning's heat exchanger. He promised to remind us when we needed to have the winter check up. He refused to force us into a year 's contract; saying he wanted us to have an easy option to change companies if we became dissatisfied. In our opinion, he is a dedicated contractor that will be quickly available if troubles arise. UTILIZE THIS PERSON!!"

"Aylon to the rescue!! I will never buy an extended warranty again our refrigerator quit working (Sep 12) while I had 9 family members here for my mothers bday. The (Company Name Removed) people told me first available would be Oct 12, I was beyond mad. Called flow (Aylon) and he came the same day. Although he had to wait for a part, Aylon came right back when the part arrived. Professional, friendly and priced right! I will ALWAYS call Flow first!"
