"Mike and his crew did an excellent job clearing my property. I had a TON of debris and they got it all. While the yard work was great, that’s not what impressed me the most There was a miscommunication during the project that I only realized after I paid. I reached out to Mike and was frustrated- I was expecting to get ghosted and for Mike to never respond and leave with my money. Not only did he respond, but he made it right and we still got everything cleaned up. He didn’t HAVE to do that - he could’ve easily ignored me. But instead he picked up the phone and cleared everything up. I was genuinely astounded by that - I’ve been burned by companies before and I assumed the worst. But to call me back AND make it right??? That deserves very high praise because it shows good character on top of good work. I will definitely be using green horizons again."
