"Al made this project easy. He was patient as I made my way thru my coop requirements. Then, when the work was done, he had excellent workers do the job in two days with no undue disruption. He replaced plumbing under the kitchen sink, replaced the rotting cabinet and installed a dishwasher. I recommend him highly."

"They do what they say they will do for the price that they say it will cost. they guarantee their price no matter the site condition. In our case, there was floor rot below the shower and some joists that had to be braced, some leveling that had to be done, all par for the course in an old house. They took the time to get it right. As a result, it took a few more days than we thought, and we also did some of the "while you are here, can you look at x" so they ended up staying for a while longer and doing some extra work. Bob is a good foreman, seems like a wild man, but knows exactly what he is doing and does great work. Overall, I really think they were solid, reliable, high quality contractors."
