"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.  
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

"This job was A+++ from start to finish. Eloy was very patient in allowing us to take lots of time in making decisions as to the products and surfaces we wanted to use. He said more than once he wanted us to be happy and if we were not sure he wanted us to wait until we felt comfortable with what we were choosing. He arranged for us to see a pool, that he had previously done, with the type of surface we thought we wanted to select. When the paver company he had been using did not have what we wanted he contacted another company that did have what we wanted and was able  to purchase the pavers and have them delivered from out of the county and no higher delivery cost than a local company. Also a representative from the paver company came by our home and brought samples.  He checked with us before starting the job to be sure we would be available on the days he started new additions on the pool and pool deck so that we could see things as they were put down. ( Very wise! This saves time,trouble and expense). He kept us informed every day. He gave us a time range that he would arrive and always called if he was going to be late. As we have moved to a more technical society we have seen pride in work and work ethic decline. This is Definitely Not The Case with this company. For the service provided and the courtesy extended we felt the price was most fair. This is a man who shows integrity and honesty. We actually found out about him because we saw him working at a neighbors home and inquired with our neighbor. We saw the great work he had done at their home and called him. That was our lucky day. If you need a pool resurface or pavers you will not be sorry you called this company. Our home looks incredible."
