I called Comfort Arrows and surprisingly their dispatcher picks up the phone. She said she will send someone over. In lees then 40 minutes technician was in my house. Oleg was very knowledgeable and quickly find the defective unit. Despite all the supply stores being closed on weekends he was able to get proper part from their inventory.
