"Alex and the team at Quintessential Renovations were great from the first time we met them. Alex showed up promptly to give us a quote and, unlike the 3 other companies we met with. Gave us an estimate with a breakdown of costs in addition to spending time upfront to explain what needed to be done, and what his crew would handle. The Quintessential team tackled the permitting process (even for the drain tile work performed by another company), complete tear out of the finished basement down to concrete, and the rebuild. Scheduling was complex due to the multi-step process and our request for time to make sure the drain tile repair worked through the spring rains, but Alex made it all work perfectly.
