"I hired Ken of KDS Development for the gut renovation of a duplex: New plaster walls and ceilings, new electricity, new plumbing and heating; replacement of a kitchen, a bathroom and a half-bath; a significant portion of the floor plan was changed with several walls shifted to create new rooms; one external entrance door, stairway and window were relocated. This was a big job that lasted several months. Ken himself did the carpentry, joinery, concrete, and was master contractor for the other specialties.
