He came the evening of the install and show us how to work the system. "Over the years, I have dealt with many contractors, very few as good as this. This was a Five Star 'plus' experience with team lead Chris Gibbins and his assistant Corey. Chris mentioned his hourly rate prior to arrival and would apply it to the repair. They located the buried zone controllers and adjusted and did minor repair where necessary evaluated for valve replacement. Service fee did not include the time for going out to the hardware store nearby. Total project cost including replacement costs were very reasonable. Explained what he was doing (made helpful suggestions), demonstrated professional competence and integrity, in an efficient (fast) and friendly manner.
