"Chris is amazing! He was the quarterback for the entire project from the sale to the final check being paid. He kept me informed along the way, showed details on specific challenges and was transparent about the costs! The signature pools team was extremely friendly, very professional, and meticulous in their work. Where we had questions, they provided solutions and recommendations. Our specific remodel involved; removal of all the tile and plaster, resetting our Austin, stone coping, installing new tile, building a tanning ledge, complete with bubblers and an umbrella holder, and installing new light fixtures and new pebble tech plaster. We interviewed six different pool companies and signature pools wasn't the cheapest and they were the most expensive. I would consider their pricing excellent when considering the quality of work they do. We are thrilled with the outcome, if this project and would highly recommend Signature Pools to anyone who is looking to remodel their pool."

"Jason, the owner, is very hands on and takes great pride in not just the building process but in the whole customer satisfaction experience. I know we saved about 10% going with this smaller, more attentive company than we would have being just another job number with the larger 'crank it out' operations. What we got in addition to the savings was a very knowledgeable, very caring, and honest pool builder. Our pool was completed July 2021 and we built during the height of Covid. Amongst all the supply shortages, scheduling issues and overall chaos of the global pandemic times, Jason saw us through it with great communication and patience. I waited this year and half to see how this company would respond post completion before I wrote a review. I wondered if after they were paid, if we would be left on our own or no longer a priority anymore. I have been very pleased that not only has Crystal Water Pools continued to hand hold me as a first time pool owner through this first year but Jason has stayed as engaged and genuine as the day we signed the contract with him.
