In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. I originally called to discuss options on repair of a refrigerator. A piece broke off the molded insert from inside one of the doors. Taylor took time from his busy schedule to discuss repair options. He provided answers directly responsive to my questions. He was very thorough, patient, personable - all of the qualities that a customer hopes to find in an appliance repair technician. After reflecting on our repair options and in my second call, we discussed my decision to purchase a new refrigerator. Taylor indicated that my wife and I had chosen a model from a solid company that provided a good product. He also educated me on the workings of a manufacturer’s warranty and extended warranties. He explained that because of how these warranties work, we are unable to retain Taylor’s service for installation or service during the manufacturer’s warranty. Words cannot express my disappointment. Today my wife and I purchased a refrigerator and it will be delivered tomorrow. I only spoke with Taylor on the phone.
