He picked up the sliding glass door and delivered it to my condo. He remained positive and steadfast despite the challenges with parking. "Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better.
