"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. "Kirk redid our bathroom (shower, toilet, floor and exhaust fan). He listened to what you wanted, only gave his input when asked and was honest, which I appreciate. He would make a suggestion on things we didn’t even consider and he was not pushy about it and let you decide. Once they started the work, we were able to make the shower bigger which I was happy about but this made for a little extra time since he needed to order a new shower door and grab bar. He offered to put shower rod so we could use but we had another shower. This is someone who cares. Also, Walter and his crew were amazing. On time, professional and cleaned everything up. We will be using Kirk again when we redo our full bathroom. Thanks Kirk, Walter and crew. We are enjoying our shower. It was a pleasure working with you."

"I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

"The quality of the work was awesome and the workers were very professional and answered any questions I had along the way of the work. My only critique is that the timelines initially given and even at the beginning of the project were off by a couple of weeks. Some of the communication in that wasn’t always clear."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."
