"The worst business I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I have waited a long time to write a review to ensure I had all of the facts and would be less emotional in my statement. Originally they came out, quoted us a price for our basement and our garage. We signed the contract electronically with the representative. The first mistake they made was never sending us a copy of the contract, or emailing it to us. Next they came out and did our basement, which was an awful experience as well. They were rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. They left our back door open for the entire duration they were here (4-6ish hours) even though we repeatedly told them we had cats, they did not care (even though it was in winter/late fall and was cold as well). They did not finish the work, stating that the representative was wrong and they could not do it. Then they left a huge mess in our basement that they never cleaned up. Lastly they told us that the garage work was “impossible” and they had no clue as to why the representative would say that they could do it. Well they gave us a bill for that day, and processed it through Greensky. They billed us for ALL of the work, including the garage that they never did. Next the manager kept ignoring my husbands phone calls/texts, for 2-3 months. Finally I had enough and called the number several times until I got above him and made a report. Suddenly he could call me back and discuss things over! I was livid that they had been ignoring us, so he finally scheduled a follow up appointment to finish our basement. He also told us not to worry about the bill for now, since it didn’t take effect until after ALL of the work is done. Yet Greensky continued to hound me for 1-2 months. Finally they get out to finish the work (the second crew was very polite, cleaned up after themselves, kept the door shut, they were fantastic!). Well all the work is done, should be fine right? Wrong! Greensky is charging me interest on a plan that Foundation Recovery Systems said was a 5 year interest free plan! So I contact Greensky, they have no idea why the representative would offer that since they don’t even have that plan option. Naturally I look for the contract I signed…. Oh wait! They never gave it to us at all! I have hounded and they never gave us the signed copy! So I have to fight with Foundation Recovery Systems, I put in a formal complaint with Greensky about their business. Finally Foundation Recovery Systems is willing to work with me, however I need to remove my legal complaint or they won’t do anything for me at all. A very underhanded blackmail, if I say so myself. Now lastly, we have contacted them roughly 1 year and about 4-5 months after all the work was done. They told us they would need to come out every year to readjust the beam, they said it was a lifetime warranty and readjustment was free…. I’m sure you see where I’m going with this, another lie. It’s $240 each time, but don’t worry! They’ll waive the fee this one time because of their mistake. Everything they’ve done is a mistake and I waited a very long time to write this review out of fear of retaliation. (Since they’re okay with blackmailing people to remove complaints). I can NOT recommend this garbage dump of a company to anybody, I have told everybody I know to stay clear and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. Beware of these scammers! Lord only knows what else they will do at the readjustment appointment, since this review is sure to upset them very much. However I implore them to try underhanded tactics again, I will not be fooled as easily every again. 0/10"

"Please read this entire review if you are considering purchasing a pool from Home Pro. We had a fiberglass pool installed by home pro in the spring of 2019. This was the second pool we’ve had installed and the third we’ve owned. Barnes Pool installed a pool for us in Estero Florida in 2012. That experience gave us a referenced view of home pro’s method. We had several issues from the beginning, some problems continuing until today. Photos of all issues will be included. Listed individually: -We appear to be having a fiberglass gelcoat failure. From the moment water went into the pool, the coat started to chalk. Two local pool care companies have been unable to diagnose, solve, or reverse the issue. Home Pro offered zero assistance. They did not even help us file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and even claimed we had purchased a damaged pool with no warranty. I’ll include our contract. Not one word about a damaged pool. Latham Pools manufactured our fiberglass shell. Look them up on BBB and you will see we are not alone with this issue. They do not honor the product warranty. See photos. This is an unsightly nightmare. -Maximum leveling error in fiberglass pools is 1 inch or less. Our pool is 2.3 inches unlevel. Not even close to the margin of error. The water line tapers aggressively and exposes the top step when the water level falls with evaporation. This unlevel presentation is noticeable to people seeing the pool for the first time. See photos. -Our septic tank was demolished and replaced in a new location to allow for the pool. It was made of concrete and rebar. Home Pro buried the chunks of the old tank under shallow dirt in my yard. Our zero turn has “sucked up” chunks of rebar into the blade on two different occasions. These pieces of metal are attached to huge pieces of concrete underground. It has destroyed the mower decks, spindles, belts and resulted in huge bills. My husband digs down and saws the metal off at it’s base underground. See photos. -The pool plumbing immediately had a return line leak. This pulls air into the system and prevents the filter from ever reaching proper pressures. It also drains into the yard when the pump is off, killing a strip of grass. The system violently purges air and reprimes every startup. See photos. -The pool handrail was heavily damaged upon installation. It looks like it took a major fall during transport. They are designed to be bolted into the concrete decking. Ours was cemented into the pool deck, making it impossible to replace without demolition. See photos. -The gravel packed around the pool was not completed properly. The steps into the pool give and buckle as you step down into the water. -They trashed our property and attempted to bury their lunch containers into the gravel pack around the pool. My husband went out every night and discarded their trash and cleaned up the yard. This project was approximately $57,000.00 and we could not be less pleased with Home Pro’s performance, workmanship, or customer service. The main advice I’d give anyone buying a pool is hire someone in SPG or Tulsa that will install a Pebbletec pool for you. Barnes installed ours and it was beautiful, nearly indestructible, and had a 30 year warranty. Barnes did exceptional work at every stage of the project. We’d be happy to show our issues to anyone considering a pool. Come see this disaster for yourselves. We have long wanted to post a review, but were waiting on warranty claim information from Latham. They stopped responding 6 months ago, so it seems like that has run its course."

To remove concrete, professionals break it up using a sledgehammer, jackhammer, or heavy machinery, then haul it away—often using a dump truck. Recycling the concrete is a responsible option to consider. Unless you're an experienced DIYer with the right equipment, it's best to hire a concrete contractor to handle the job safely and efficiently.
Whether you need a permit to remove concrete depends on your local regulations. In many areas, you won't need a permit for residential concrete removal as long as you're not altering your home's structure. However, some localities require permits for demolition projects, especially if they're extensive. It's best to check with your local building department to be sure.
With the right equipment and an experienced professional, concrete demolition can often be completed in one day. Factors like the thickness and strength of the concrete affect the timeframe, but a qualified concrete removal contractor will work efficiently to break up the concrete and haul away the debris while ensuring surrounding structures remain safe.
To estimate your concrete removal costs, start by measuring the length and width of the concrete area to calculate the square footage. Then, multiply that number by $2 to $6 per square foot for slabs up to six inches thick. For thicker slabs, you may need to double the cost per square foot. Don't forget to check if disposal fees—around $50 to $100 per ton—are included in your contractor's quote to get a complete estimate.
