The firm is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland and was established in 2009. Additionally, we are: SBA 8(a) Certified, MDOT-certified MBE / DBE Certified, Self-certified small business, Self-certified EDWOSB firm and Licensed and NCARB certified in architecture. Our vision is simple: to approach each project and client as if it were our only and to hold true to the principle that the clients perception of our work process and product is the only true measure of the satisfaction we provide. In addition to structural evaluations and investigations, as a Professional Structural Engineer License Holder (P.E.), we help and provide peer review, required documents and permit inquiries for counties and local agencies.
"Having major remodel on lower level. Contractor tried to rope me into major work (and project delay) suggesting normal cracks on cinder block walls indicated a foundation issue. When I pushed back, he put project on hold stating I needed a structural engineer to certify. I called the first two people on home advisor locally and Omid got back to me in 2-3 min, was at my house within an hour and delivered a certified report within 3-4 hours. He listened to the situation and spoke with my contractor to hear his assessment before beginning his assessment measures. He directly pushed back on what contractor stated and provided simple solution for one crack that was more than hairline. Report was meticulous, he spoke with contractor directly, and saved this project. It was more affordable than what was suggested on average costs. While I couldn’t divorce from the unethical contractor mid project—I would have been stuck with no out without the work of Omid!"

"We hired Nelson to do cleaning after the winter, mulching a very big area which involved getting rid of lots of weeds and leaves, replacing the weeds stopper fabric from under a vast area with marble chips, cutting the grass, making flower beds, landscaping edges, etc. From the first interaction with him, Nelson was very professional. While walking together all sides of the yard, he listened very attentively to what we were hiring him for. We were and we are very happy with his work. He showed up as promised and over delivered the entire work. Yes, over delivered. Not common nowadays. He and his crew are very hard workers and their work is very detailed.
