"Kris (Sales) was professional, understood my requirements & was able to provider me with an virtual quote that was easy to read & detailed. We met once prior to the install. I was able to get the install scheduled within a week, too. The Replacement & Install Project Manager and Technicians (Chris, Justin, & Rudy) were on-time, professional, courteous, organized, and quick! Overall, from quote to install, this was an outstanding experience! I will be recommending McCrea to my friends."

"I called Polar Bear around 09.30 (the Tuesday after MLK long weekend) & they had a guy at my house around noon. He diagnosed the issue, installed a replacement part & had it up & running before 1pm. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process in layman's terms so I understood fully what had occurred & how he was fixing it. The total cost was $119 which included the call out charge, labor and replacement part which I think is wonderful value. I cannot recommend this company any more highly, they are top notch."

"Oscar and Ronnie came and installed my AC unit. They were friendly and did the job in a timely manner."

"I was very impressed with this company from beginning to end. When they gave me an estimate, they spent 90 minutes with me to make sure I selected the right furnace and AC. The crew came two days later and installed the furnace and AC in one day. Great job! Very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this company to others."

"If you want honest, straight-forward, complete, and competitive pricing for a new HVAC system, go to Bluestar Air Mechanical. Our 21-year old systems needed replacement and we began our quotation/search process. Amongst the 7 companies we inquired with, Bluestar had the most comprehensive explanation, set of offerings, and was patient with us as we completed our comparisons. John promptly and completely answered all of my questions ranging from installation, future usage, efficiency, and advice on what was necessary vs an accessory. Lynn at the office was prompt and courteous on all of my scheduling, dispatch, and payment inquiries. You'll get top notch quality, service, and friendliness if you work with Bluestar for your HVAC replacement needs."

"it was great. Matt came out and priced the system. then some time later, jose and stuart came in to install. they informed me of potential non-hvac issues they noticed and mentioned that small changes had to be made due to layout and parts. which I was ok with. the hvac works great"

"The install will be accomplished on Monday, June 2."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"Tech listened well, and took the time to obtain some additional parts needed for the installation off a special-purpose dropped off the main water lines, Explained all the work afterwards and demonstrated successful operation. Cleaned up thoroughly. We are extremely happy with the work! Would use Reddick and Sons again without hesitation."

"Carlos was great, he explained everything in terms I could understand! I had to have another company come out last year because A/C went out, they were ok. I will always come back to McCrea! McCrea has been the company that my family has been with for at least 30 years!"
