Their installation was perfectly done, with the expansion tank well supported, flue section replaced and everything nicely labeled. Matt pointed out a possible although unlikely future supply pressure issue and was happy to clearly answer our questions (and also was an excellent teacher and mentor to his apprentice). Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm.
