"We used this contractor for a repair. The repairman charged us more than he originally quoted us but the owner did give us a small credit in recognition of the discrepancy. That being said the sheetrock ceiling around the area where the repair was made collapsed a few days later. The owner attributed the incident to a coincidence. The repairman came out again only to suggest the idea of an additional repair, or alternatively a new door at a cost of around $2,500 plus. My spouse and I feel that if a repair is made a company should stand behind their workmanship and make things right rather than pitch a series of remedies leading back to promoting a new and costly door. Our primary concern is safety in that the estimated 400 lb. door may fall on us at any given time. He cautioned that a flashing red light maybe if any metal bolt is not sticking through 10 rollers on each track, or receding, a safety issue which they did not directly address."

"i had put down urgent on my project the night before they came to fixes it the next morning. it took less than 24 hours to schedule an appointment and they finished the job in less than a day which includes them coming to inspect the garage and giving me a quota and them finishing the job. they inspected and finished the job in less than 12 hours. although, it was a pretty expensive job. it costed $700-$800 including parts and labor to get the job done. they replaced the broken spring with a new spring, which is the main job because the garage collapsed the night before, which is why the project the so urgent and they took care of everything from the night the garage collapsed to the day they had finished the project, was less than 24 hours, just to be clear. 5 star out of 5 star would recommended for the quality of service. Trip Charges are included in the price per job. I do give FREE estimates on all jobs with the exception of " Insurance Estimate Jobs". For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest. There are many " handyman" companies out there today, but I believe that one of the things that sets me apart from them, is I have actually been in the industry for over 25yrs. This is not new to me. Also, I believe in 'honesty'. If you ask me to quote you for a job, that I am NOT completely comfortable with, I will be honest & tell you I'm not skilled in that area. But I will be happy to help you find someone who is, & someone you can trust, @ NO Charge to you. I do all the work myself, I'm not an owner that goes out, gives you an estimate & then sends a crew of men to do the job. I do it myself. I rarely have the need to use an outside "subcontractor". If I do have that need, you will know first.
