His work is meticulous and his advice is always reasoned, measured, and 100% accurate. He's a nice guy and someone I trust implicitly. Specifically, he cut out sheetrock and mud due to asbestos issues and his cuts and containment were perfect. He even managed to save some of our tiles for future use! Additionally, he did some mold remediation in our crawl space and went above and beyond to clean up trash others had left behind. He's honest, fair, and worth every penny! Thanks, Rick!!"

Adam Higginbotham stepped in from Charter and tried every way he could to figure out where moisture was coming from! He came in cleaned up mold and disinfected and was out in 2 days! "During the recent storm Helene, my area received significant rain over 3 days, resulting in water accumulation in my basement. Following a recommendation from my insurance agent, I contacted Flood and Flame Restoration. I expected to have to wait given some many properties being affected. I reached and spoke with Andrew, who immediately contacted one of the companyâ  s supervisors. The team was at my house in less than hour and began removing the water and restoring conditions.
