"There were no hidden extra costs to the job. They charged exactly what they quoted and not a penny more. They also did not request the final 1/3 payment for up to one month later due to a miscommunication with the team that did the roof. Someone forgot to put the ridge vents in on our addition. We were told not to pay the balance until they had installed the final vents. The reason it took so long was the blazing (and dangerous) heat and then rain. However, once the weather cooperated they finished the job in record time. I highly recommend NorthEast."
