"I had an excellent experience with The Carpet Guys. When we purchased our new home we had awful carpet to replace and with all the costs involved with moving, we need an affordable option. The Carpet Guys came to our new home the day we closed and brought the store to me - they measured and we had carpet installed the very next day and laminate vinyl flooring the following week. It was amazing to see the transformation of the rooms and we love the look. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the follow-up call by Jennifer who was interested in making sure we had the best possible experience. We plan to replace more flooring in the lower level after the holidays and we look forward to working with The Carpet Guys again. 12/16/18 When we were purchasing our new home, we wanted to get the outdated carpet replaced immediately. I filled out a web inquiry and they called me within 15 minutes and scheduled a sales person who came to our new home the same day with a multitude of samples. He measured, showed us the most popular products, helped us chose the right color and style and we had the carpet installed all within 48 hours. I called to ask a few questions the morning of installation and Jennifer assisted me. She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me they would take the old carpet and haul it away at no extra charge. We plan to add more flooring to our new home and I look forward to working with them again in the near future. Great experience!"
